Choosing between Cockatiels and Parrots
Just because you have a dog doesn't mean that you're homebound all the time. You want to travel and that's completely understandable and your dog shouldn't hold you back. Depending on the trip you're taking, you may actually be able to take your dog with you! Trips like these include road trips and many plane vacations. There are many necessities you can improvise while traveling, but you may wonder how to make a disposable pet bowl. Fortunately it's easy and simple and will greatly simplify your trips away!
One of the methods you can take is to use old milk jugs. Just cut off top three-quarters of the jug, leaving enough to hold the food or water, but not so much left that the pet can't get into the bowl. When you're done, then you can just throw it away, no hassle! Another method you can use for a food bowl is a simple box lid you can find with an old shoe box.
For a makeshift water bowl, you can use a large cup provided at hotels or the like. Something else you can use is obviously disposable bowls; these can be used for food or water and can be easily thrown away. This would be my best liked option because it's the easiest and most hassle-free.
If you want to travel with your pets, but are hesitant about it, don't let the food situation detract you. There are super simple ways to fix up what you need and to let you and your dog fully enjoy your vacation, wherever you may be!
